[Bug 1559699] [NEW] [1.9.1] Commissioning doesn't detect partitioning of secondary hard disk

Public bug reported:

During commissioning of a node the partitioning of the second hard disk is not detected,
still the hard disk itself is correctly detected.
For the first hard disk, everything works as expected.

Use release: Ubuntu Trusty.
