[Bug 1554563] [NEW] Please support /var/lib/snappy/desktop as an additional desktop directory

Snappy installs desktop files that come from a snap into
/var/lib/snappy/desktop/. It would be great if unity could be updated to
look into this directory for additional desktop files.
