I forgot to mention that, to make it work manually, I also enabled IOMMU
at boot, by appending the following option to Linux via GRUB2:

---
intel_iommu=on
---

Otherwise, the command `dpdk_nic_bind --bind=vfio-pci em1|em2` fails.
