apt-get install libnl-3-200=3.2.21-1 libnl-genl-3-200=3.2.21-1 libnl-route-3-200=3.2.21-1
does the same by forcing the version which is not in trusty-proposed.

I would appreciate a fix (don't care if in networkmanager or libnl3)
more than this simple workaround.
