[Bug 1532460] [NEW] Please upgrade to allow virsh blockcommit in Ubuntu 14. libvirt-1.2.9 (and above)

This is a feature request ticket.

Blockcommit makes snapshot/commit steps take fractions of a second
instead of minutes. Perform efficient live disk backups using virsh
blockcommit. This is possible with versions: QEMU 2.1 (and above),
libvirt-1.2.9 (and above), but not any LTS version of Ubuntu.
