[Bug 1531801] [NEW] postfix outdated in 16.04

Public bug reported:

Hi,

the current 16.04 xenial alpha still comes with a postfix 2.11.3, while
the current upstream stable release of postfix is 3.0.

Since 16.04 is intended to be an LTS, it should not come with a major
release that will soon not be supported anymore.
