[Bug 1546735] [NEW] openipmi package compile without SSL

Public bug reported:

It has been brought to my attention by the community that package
"openipmi" is build without openssl.

Taken from "openipmi-2.0.18" source code:

This prevent some third applications to work as expected such as
Zabbix[1]
