Hello all,

After reproducing the test on my environment, the error is reported as:

The following packages have unmet dependencies:
 neutron-plugin-hyperv : Depends: neutron-common (= 1:2014.1.5-0ubuntu1) but 1:2014.1.5-0ubuntu2 is to be installed
adt-run: & apt0t-hyperv-plugin:  - - - - - - - - - - stderr - - - - - - - - - -
E: Unable to correct problems, you have held broken packages.

It seems unrelated with the neutron fix in the patch but other
dependency problem.
