Hi Canonical,

Please consider this patch V2 for review.

It includes 2 important changes:
- The '--nr 1-1024' to the partx command.
- Built on top of the patches for multipathd/initramfs (LP #1526984) and kpartx w/ spaces (LP #1432062) -- both required.
