Correct, this should have been resolved by the recent SRU to Wily and
trusty-liberty Cloud Archive - https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source
/python-oslo.log/1.11.0-1ubuntu0. Please let me know if you are still
seeing this issue with the latest version.
