Please sync python-pymysql 0.6.2-2 (main) from Debian unstable (main)

Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:
  * d/p/test-issue-36.patch: Added to fix failing test, test_issue_36().
  * d/p/test-datatypes.patch: Added to fix failing test, test_datatypes.
Patches are now in Debian.

Changelog entries since current wily version 0.6.2-1ubuntu1:

python-pymysql (0.6.2-2) unstable; urgency=medium

  * Fixes FTBFS by adding Corey Bryant patch (Closes: #796010).
  * Removed ancient six patch.
  * Fixed watch file.
