[Bug 1510099] [NEW] Asterisk 11 deb source wont compile

Compiling of asterisk stops, because patch: debian/patch/pjproject is
incomplete. It is missing all the changes to "configuration" file.

If you copy configuration file from:
http://svnview.digium.com/svn/asterisk?view=rev&rev=382900  it will
work.

deb source configuration file should be updated.
