Unfortunately this is not fixed.

    $ apt-cache policy squid-deb-proxy

Every night I get an email like this:

    /etc/cron.daily/logrotate:
    2015/10/09 07:55:22| Warning: empty ACL: acl blockedpkgs urlpath_regex "/etc/squid-deb-proxy/autogenerated/pkg-blacklist-regexp.acl"
