[Bug 1518548] [NEW] Timestamp is missing hour value on Ubuntu touch

Public bug reported:

In a chat conversation, secret or normal chat, the hour of sending or receiving time is not replaced. Example result is uu:23. So the uu should be replaced bij the actual system time or something like that.
This is the right place for a bugs in telegram on Ubuntu touch, right?
