[Bug 1512178] Re: after upgrade to mysql-5.6 database stopped working

I deleted the database and imported from dump.
Looked to me like an update error on Ubuntu, as /var/lib/mysql.install was created and still exists.
But currently I cannot recreate the situation, thankfully.
