[Bug 1455770] [NEW] 100 GB disk shows as 1 in GUI

Public bug reported:

MASA GUI shows as 1 GB disk for 100 GB hard disk configured with any kvm
VM.

Create a VM using kvm and attach a 100 GB disk.  Enlist and commision
the node. MAAS GUI shows as 1 GB.
