This is happening still in 14.04.2.

I installed libpam-smbpass:amd64  2:4.1.6+dfsg-1ubuntu2.14.04.7

Whenever I do sudo commands and login in the issue shows up with talloc.

lsb_release -a
No LSB modules are available.
