I don't think this is a detailed enough report to consider this a bug
yet, so I'll leave it marked Incomplete for now. I'm sorry you haven't
managed to find anyone to help but the bug tracker isn't really a
support channel either. If you do manage to find enough information to
demonstrate to a developer that this is really a bug then please comment
on this bug and set the bug status back to New.
