b-d's now removed for 15.04, and gccgo-go package removed in vivid.

Removing packages from vivid:
	gccgo-go 1.2.1-0ubuntu9 in vivid
		gccgo-go 1.2.1-0ubuntu9 in vivid amd64
		gccgo-go 1.2.1-0ubuntu9 in vivid arm64
		gccgo-go 1.2.1-0ubuntu9 in vivid armhf
		gccgo-go 1.2.1-0ubuntu9 in vivid i386
		gccgo-go 1.2.1-0ubuntu9 in vivid powerpc
		gccgo-go 1.2.1-0ubuntu9 in vivid ppc64el
Comment: lp: #1427676, remove gccgo-go, superseded by gccgo-5
1 package successfully removed.
