Kilo on Ubuntu 14.04.2 from this repo:

# cat /etc/apt/sources.list.d/cloudarchive-kilo.list 
deb http://ubuntu-cloud.archive.canonical.com/ubuntu trusty-updates/kilo main

Confirmed still broken.

Does the file /usr/lib/python2.7/dist-
packages/nova/openstack/common/gettextutils.py exist on your system? Can
you pastebin nova-compute.log of the nova-compute-flex driver startup?
