This test was failing because it expects to be able to write to /usr.
I've disabled it, and now the test suites pass. New uploads for trusty
and utopic are awaiting approval. I also included a workaround for the
FTBFS of mysql-5.6/trusty on arm64 introduced by the gcc-4.8 SRU -
both are fixes that were previously included in later mysql-5.6
uploads.
