[Bug 1473903] Re: parted will generate two devices when adding one partition on mpath device

No clear solution (per Steve Langasek) and late for 14.04.3. 
Thierry Fauck to check parted 3.2 package.
Need to understand what we think the fix is, but expect it can go in service stream.
