Same issue there. 2 VMs with 2008 sp2 x86, and 2008 R2 sp1 x64 hanging simultaneously with BSOD stop 0x0000005c (0x0000010b 0x00000003 0x00000000)
Issue arrised after upgrading kernel from 3.12 to 3.13.
Nothing helps to workaround this issue so far.
