Steps to reproduce:
- Install python-glanceclient
- Configure OS_* environment variables
- Run 'glance image-list' (or any other glance command, AFAICT).
Expected Behaviour:
A list of images.
Actual Behaviour:
"Unable to establish connection to http://localhost:5000/v2.0/tokens"
