Can you confirm which kernel version you are using? I *think* its
probably the 3.13 HWE kernel - for which we don't provide a compatible
dkms package as the built-in openvswitch module has all core features of
the dkms module.  The downside is that upstream deprecated and remove
the brcompat module, so there is no support for using brcompat with
later hardware enablement kernels.
