[Bug 1426530] [NEW] logrotate file name is wrong for keystone log

Public bug reported:

The keystone file in logrotate.d has the wrong path for the keystone log
file. The keystone log is in /var/log/keystone-all.log and the logrotate
points at /var/log/keystone.log.

/var/log/keystone/keystone.log {
    daily
    missingok
    rotate 5
    compress
    delaycompress
    notifempty
    copytruncate
}
