[Bug 1448528] [NEW] freshclam service failure due to missing log file

freshclam 
ERROR: Can't open /var/log/clamav/freshclam.log in append mode (check permissions!).
ERROR: Problem with internal logger (UpdateLogFile = /var/log/clamav/freshclam.log).

clamav-freshclam.service is not working due to this too
