Using the steps you've done on a ***fully updated Ubuntu 15.04 system***
in a Virtual Environment, I am unable to reproduce this problem.  After
digging into the command line options via the history provided, I'm
posting the notes I made, in three steps.  It'll be the attached output
(in English) of the commands, as seen in the command line.  It's likely
you have something else broken as a result of something else.  Did you
have any other versions of NGINX installed previously that could be
causing conflicts?
