[Bug 1443649] [NEW] webdm installation error

After installing webdm, if you install it again, downloads it and tries
to install giving a "text file busy" error on /apps/webdm/0.1.1/bin/arm-
linux-gnueabihf/avahi-daemon

sudo snappy install com.ubuntu.snappy.webdm
