Thank you for taking the time to report this bug and helping to make
Ubuntu better. Unfortunately, this bug report doesn't actually contain a
bug. The configuration asked the password of the administrator of the
mysql server, and the operator failed to provide a valid password. (Mind
you the template of dbconfig should (and in Debian is) improved to give
more information.

ERROR 1045 (28000): Access denied for user 'root'@'localhost' (using password: YES).
unable to connect to mysql server.
error encountered creating user:

dbconfig-common: bacula-director-mysql configure: trying again.
