[Bug 1370123] [NEW] [Utopic] Xen HVM guests fail to start (MMIO emulation failed)

Public bug reported:

Using Utopic (14.10) as Xen host, any attempt to start a HVM guest
results in "MMIO emulation failed" and a triple fault.

The problem is that seabios version 1.7.5-1, from Debian drops support
for Xen in the 128K image. And this is compiled into Xen hvmloader at
build time. Luckily this can be worked around by picking the 256K image,
at least for Xen 4.4 onwards.
