[Bug 1369927] [NEW] [FFe] Sync docker.io 1.2.0 from Debian unstable

Public bug reported:

1.2.0 is the latest stable release from upstream; Tianon, Paul and
Andrew have completed packaging updates and uploaded to Debian unstable.

I've pulled the required updates into https://launchpad.net/~james-
page/+archive/ubuntu/docker1.2 for Utopic.

This update will require syncs of the following NEW packages:

  go-md2man
  golang-blackfriday
  golang-go-patricia

and an updates to:

  golang-context (bump to 0.0~git20140604.1.14f550f-1)
  docker.io (bump to 1.2.0)

I've tested upgrades and functionality using the PPA built packages as
detail above.
