[Bug 1365444] [NEW] dlm has broken init script + missing a dependency

Ubuntu version: 14.04
Package: dlm
Version: 4.0.1-0ubuntu1

/etc/init.d/dlm is looking for /etc/rc.d/init.d/functions which doesn't
exist. It is also using daemon which isn't listed as a dependency.

Results in error during post-install.
