[Bug 1363832] Re: [utopic] fails to build containers

Reading /usr/share/lxc/templates/lxc-ubuntu-cloud it seems to default to
"tryreleased", which fails:

$ ubuntu-cloudimg-query trusty released amd64
failed to get https://cloud-images.ubuntu.com/query/trusty/server/released-dl.current.txt

and then it falls back to "daily" (which doesn't exist). I can open the
link above just fine, I see some 5 images. But ubuntu-cloudimg-query
apparently is unhappy about it somehow?
