[Bug 1386949] [NEW] Libvirt crashes after startup "/var/run/libvirt/uml-guest: No space left on device" after upgrade from 14.04 to 14.10

Public bug reported:

I have just upgraded 2 of my machines from 14.04 to 14.10. Both have the
same error after the upgrade.

When the libvirt-bin service is started it crashes with the error:

df -i shows plenty of space in the directory
