Hi Tinoco,
I tested this patch with EMC VNX 5300 as iSCSI cinder backend.
Confirmed that this patch solve the issue.

Here is the console log verification of 
before apply the patch.

The issue is no longer exist.

i really appreciate it if you could back port this to stable/juno
