Please sync euca2ools 3.1.0-1 (main) from Debian unstable (main)

Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:
  * fix euca-get-console-output when redirected to a file (LP: #1266898).
  * fix euca-get-console-output when redirected to a file (LP: #1266898).
  * fix euca-get-console-output when redirected to a file (LP: #1266898).

Patch has been fixed upstream (look @ file
euca2ools/commands/ec2/getconsoleoutput.py line 58 instead of no more
existing euca2ools/commands/euca/getconsoleoutput.py)
