[Bug 1389839] [NEW] Build with SASL support

Public bug reported:

Can libmemcached please be built with SASL support going forward? This
is a easy change but very helpful given how prevalent SASL is these
days, especially with many of the cloud services that provide memcached
requiring SASL for authentication.
