Please sync prettytable 0.7.2-3 (main) from Debian unstable (main)

Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:
  * Rebuild to drop files installed into /usr/share/pyshared.
  * Rebuild to drop files installed into /usr/share/pyshared.
  * Merge from Debian unstable. Remaining changes:
    - Convert to dh_python2:
      + debian/control: Removed python-support from Build-Depends-Indep.
      + debian/rules: Added --with python2 to complete transition.

Debian has merged Ubuntu changes.

    - switch me to Maintainer (team to Uploaders)
    - bump Standards-Version to 3.9.5 (no changes needed)

    - bump to DH compat 9
