[Bug 1322538] [NEW] Pressing CTRL-A in byobu hangs the shell

Pressing CTRL-A the first time in byobu starts a dialog asking if you
want screen- or emacs-behaviour. Answering "1" for "screen-behaviour"
makes byobu hang: no further keypresses are accepted.
