[Bug 1320031] [NEW] libvirt package is not being build with flag --with-libxl

Public bug reported:

libvirt package is not being built with flag "--with-libxl"

This causes libvirt to be unable to communicate with xen domains using the xl stace (The new default stack in ubuntu 14.04 Trusty).
A simple fix would be to recompile the package with the "--with-libxl" flag by adding it in the appropriate configuration file.
