[Bug 1316214] [NEW] maas package should depend or suggest libvirt-bin for better UX with virtual nodes

You have been subscribed to a public bug:

To use virsh to start nodes you need libvirt-bin on the cluster
controller. It's not installed by default but it should be for better
user experience.

Possibly even an automated process/script to setup and copy ssh keys so
the CC can connect to a remove QEMU/KVN host via SSH. It's described in
the documentation, but it will be really nice to have a single setup
script for it.
