[Bug 1290848] [NEW] maas-enlist reports success when in fact it fails the enlistment process

Public bug reported:

This is a side effect of bug 1289485. As shown in
http://people.canonical.com/~matsubara/maas-declared-node-failing-02.png
maas-enlist reports success enlisting the node but it ends up failing.

This was tested with 1.5+bzr1977+2110+246~ppa0~ubuntu14.04.1
