[Bug 1350491] [NEW] package cgmanager 0.27-0ubuntu8 failed to install/upgrade

Public bug reported:

Tried to upgrade from Ubuntu 14.04 LTS to Ubuntu 14.10 with update-manager -d
Upgrade manager failed to install some packages, but I used the command "sudo apt-get -f install" after upgrade and some of the packages (plymouth,rhythmbox and some other packages) installed without errors.
But cgmanager failed because missing depencies.

I expected that everything should upgrade without errors.
But I got many errors.

But I'm writing from the pc that got this error so Ubuntu is working.
