In particular, I'm not sure who you are. Are you volunteering to look
after php5-fpm issues in Ubuntu as part of the Ubuntu Server team?

Also, "All packages must have a designated "owning" team, regardless of
complexity, which is set as a package bug contact." - ~ubuntu-server
currently "own" PHP, so it would make sense to be clear about who is
going to do what here.
