Description: Ubuntu 14.04 LTS
Release: 14.04

# apt-cache policy strongswan-starter
strongswan-starter:
  Installed: 5.1.2-0ubuntu2

# dpkg -L strongswan-starter | grep init
/etc/init
/etc/init/strongswan.conf
