The help option is an option to lxc-create itself.  You are passing
-h after the '--' which splits off comments to the template.

It sounds like we should better document this somewhere.  It is
mentioned at the very bottom of the lxc-create template, but perhaps
a '-h' section in the main options list of lxc-create should be
added which mentions that -h must be given before the template args.
