Public bug reported:
just trying to install mailman.
see:
http://askubuntu.com/questions/400592/var-lib-mailman-cgi-bin-bad-group-
has-root-expected-list-fixing
I've purged mailman, removed files by hand, re-installed, etc. It
always has a permssions problem. I don't know why it gave this error.
It installs ok now.
