Public bug reported:

I am using Ubuntu 14.04.1 LTS on two maschines for Xen.
After upgrading from Ubuntu 12.04 LTS to 14.04 and switching from xm to xl as recommended, Xen 4.4 started one qemu-system-i386 process per Linux VM. Before upgrading, it was different, without qemu.

I also noticed, that xentop prints out zero for all VBD_xx values.
Hint: My Xen-maschines load disk images via samba from an other maschine.

I am a little bit confused, are qemu-system-i386 processes nessassary
for Linux VM?
