An addition to my logs from above:

2014-12-08 11:17:13 1XxvNN-00071k-UC Berkeley DB error:
/var/lib/exim4/once/hidden at hidden.com.db page 38 is on free list with
type 13

It is always the same error: error: /var/lib/exim4/once/xxx.db page 38
is on free list with type 13
